Animal Guardians Horse Rescue is a Southern California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit equine rescue and sanctuary dedicated to providing lifelong care, rehabilitation, and safe placement for senior horses and equines with special needs. The organization works closely with county animal shelters throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, often stepping in to save horses facing euthanasia due to age, medical needs, neglect, abandonment, or lack of adoption interest.
